The food is great. The service is great. The place is great. I've been eating here for years, and I genuinely love this store so much. All around, Tokyo Joe's has great food and generally pretty great service, but this location always stands out. On a day where things aren't too busy and the order isn't too complicated, there's a chance your order might come out before you even have a chance to sit! It's genuinely so impressive! It's all super fresh, it's all super tasty, and it's all super worth it! They're also great about accommodating allergies! It's a great spot to eat with lots of freedom within the menu!
I love frequenting this Tokyo Joe's, it's a great experience every time. Allen and Cole, two of the employees at the Ralston location, are very courteous, friendly and offer excellent suggestions during visits. I truly appreciate their kindness and attention to making sure I continue to have a delicious dinning adventure.
Tokyo Joe's-Arvada is a spectacular, healthy restaurant that offers a variety of healthy lunch and dinner options, such as sushi, Rice Bowl's, and seafood options. I had a make your own Rice Bowl, which let's the customer be creative in addressing their personal dietary needs. Great job, Tokyo Joe's!
I have stopped by a few locations and this one is by far the best one I have been to. Alex takes my order every time and you can tell he really cares about your order and you. He is always willing to answer all my allergy questions and other questions (no matter how many) with a smile! The employees putting your order together and the cooks in the back of the house are also very friendly and truly care about your order. Everyone greats you with a smile! The manager Allan has always been super friendly to me and you can tell he cares about his employees and customers! The restaurant is always super clean! I drive past other locations to go to this one!
First time eating there. The bento box is a great meal. Salmon with veggies and sushi is an excellent balance for me. All cooked very well, short wait time, and very fair price. I would much rather eat here than many other places.

Despite having numerous dietary restrictions, including celiac disease and an allergy to avocados, I entered with low expectations regarding my dining options. However, the General Manager promptly provided me with valuable information to ease my concerns. He presented a variety of choices that catered to my allergies and offered insightful recommendations, allowing me to enjoy more than just a salad. The entire staff is exceptionally well-trained to accommodate my dietary needs, taking the necessary time to change their cutting boards and utensils. The cooks demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their food preparation. Additionally, the staff consistently remembers us during our visits and is remarkably friendly, taking a moment to check in with each table. Dining here transcends the typical fast-food experience; it is truly worthwhile to step in for lunch. I extend my gratitude to the team for their outstanding service.
1.18.25 @630pm Busy and snowy night and they only had 3 employees! The younger gentleman in the back was really gettin at it with all the orders! He was moving and pumping it out asap along with help from the other two girls!!!!! Give him some credit and an extra few breathers!!!! Never had a bad experience at this location but wanted to leave a review as the team, especially the guy on the line were really keeping it moving!
Arrived later than I thought and I don't like showing up when restaurant is closing in 20 minutes, but both girls working were so nice and understanding. They found a portion of white rice to add to teriyaki chicken and food and service were amazing. First time eating at T. Joe's and definitely will be back.
